Core Responsibilities: This is an on-call, entry-level position. You will be assigned a 'reserve' line and must be ready to report to the airport on short notice. When called, you will perform all standard flight attendant duties, including ensuring passenger safety, conducting pre-flight checks, and providing excellent customer service. This role is fast-paced and unpredictable. Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must meet all standard Flight Attendant qualifications, including being at least 21 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and possessing a valid passport. The most important qualification is the ability to be on-call and report for duty within a short timeframe. You must live within a specified distance of the SEA airport. Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our 6-week paid training in Atlanta, GA. Your work schedule is highly variable and determined by operational needs. You must be available for all shifts, including 'day time,' 'night shift,' and 'weekend shift' assignments, often with little advance notice. Compensation & Benefits: Reserve Flight Attendants receive a guaranteed minimum pay, even if not called to fly, plus additional flight pay for hours worked. The estimated annual base starts from $35,000 to $55,000.
